New River

 New River Arizona is an unincorporated Maricopa County community about 40 minutes north of Central  Phoenix. It's quiet and peaceful in New River.  Most lots are more than an acre so your neighbors aren't right on top of you. There are lots of beautiful homes out here too!  I love that New River is quiet, safe, and rustic. It is the perfect location to raise a family, with bigger properties than the city and room for kids and adults too - to explore the surrounding desert both BLM Land and The Tonto National Forest. As a resident of New River for more than 20 years,  I could not be happier calling New River my home.
